My Book Progress
Steven34.9%Welcome!
Hi, I’m Kristy, lover of God, family, friends, good books, and yummy food. I’m also on a quest to get in the best shape of my life. As a clean and wholesome/Christian romance author, I spend much of my days sitting at a desk. And we all know that a sedentary lifestyle isn’t conducive to good health. So it’s time to change all that. To start counteracting the side effects of too little activity, hypothyroidism, and gluten intolerance. Yeah, It’s time to get busy because I plan on living to be a happy, healthy, and energetic centenarian. I also plan on writing a lot more books! 🙂

ROW80 Update (and now updated update)
I really thought I’d be jumping for joy, shouting and laughing and bouncing off the walls when this day finally rolled around. Yes, I finished the first draft of my manuscript. Just a little bit ago as a matter of … Continue reading
Remembering When…
If my son had to choose a favorite meal he’d be torn between three choices, tacos, enchiladas and…my personal favorite (NOT!)…tuna and noodles. That last one is what he requests most often so it’s often his supper of choice. Not … Continue reading
Swamp Sludge On the Rocks, Please
“You need to increase the nutritional density of your diet.” Not what I wanted to hear at my doctor’s appointment last week. Because I think we all know that ‘nutritional density’ translates into foods that don’t taste nearly as good … Continue reading
ROW80…Gulp!
Okay. If this doesn’t work out we’re going to put it down to insanity caused by lack of sleep. Yes, I feel like a zombie today and am already considering trying to take a nap…or several…this afternoon. But the facts … Continue reading
