Hi, I’m Kristy, lover of God, family, friends, good books, and yummy food. I’m also on a quest to get in the best shape of my life. As a clean and wholesome/Christian romance author, I spend much of my days sitting at a desk. And we all know that a sedentary lifestyle isn’t conducive to good health. So it’s time to change all that. To start counteracting the side effects of too little activity, hypothyroidism, and gluten intolerance. Yeah, It’s time to get busy because I plan on living to be a happy, healthy, and energetic centenarian. I also plan on writing a lot more books! 🙂

And God bless the hard working men and women who have put in many hours in the cold, icy rain, and snow in order to restore power to the thousands of Michigan residents who lost it Saturday – myself included. … Continue reading →
I almost turned Snowmen off in the first three minutes because of the aforementioned snot bubbles (yeah, I can’t believe I said it twice either). To say I have a weak stomach is a bit of an understatement, and I … Continue reading →
What is it about December that brings out the contemplative part of us? That makes us look back on our lives with sadness, longing and sometimes regrets? That makes us wonder about our future with fear, excitement, and hope? ~~~ … Continue reading →
Four days ahead of schedule, too! At the moment it’s only available at Amazon.com and Smashwords. There’s quite an approval process to get books up on Barnes & Noble and iTunes. It can take a couple of weeks, but I’ll … Continue reading →
Today isn’t Monday, is it? I missed it by a day. Oops. In my defense, I’ve been working extra hard to finish Cal’s book so I can try to get it out a few days early…hopefully by tomorrow. Anyway…here it … Continue reading →
I would be embarrassed to say how long it’s been since I’ve been on a vacation. I do know the last time I stayed in a hotel was more than ten years ago in Tennessee when my father died. Why? … Continue reading →
Well… Technically I suppose it’s not a secret secret. My Posse cohorts know what it is. And everyone who subscribed to my newsletter knows what it is. Guess what?! I approved the cover for Cal’s book on Wednesday! And I’ll … Continue reading →
