Hi, I’m Kristy, lover of God, family, friends, good books, and yummy food. I’m also on a quest to get in the best shape of my life. As a clean and wholesome/Christian romance author, I spend much of my days sitting at a desk. And we all know that a sedentary lifestyle isn’t conducive to good health. So it’s time to change all that. To start counteracting the side effects of too little activity, hypothyroidism, and gluten intolerance. Yeah, It’s time to get busy because I plan on living to be a happy, healthy, and energetic centenarian. I also plan on writing a lot more books! 🙂

I hate mice. And in case I wasn’t clear enough…I hate mice!!! Over the course of my life, I’ve lived in three apartments that I had to share with the awful critters. So when I saw that this house out … Continue reading →
I try not to post two days in a row, but I heard this song on the way back from town and remembered this video. It’s another one I’ve watched too many times, but it makes me laugh every time. … Continue reading →
Don’t ask me why, but today when I was thinking about Valentine’s Day and all the romance surrounding it, my thoughts drifted in a direction that kind of surprised me. Which direction? Toward my kids … and the fact that … Continue reading →
Yeah, I admit it. By now you know I tend to be drawn to movies most people have never heard of. It’s not that I don’t enjoy blockbusters, and anyone who’s been following this blog for any length of time … Continue reading →
~~~ Okay, so I’m not quite that obnoxious … but I am impatient. Five days on the new prescription and I’ve woken up every morning expecting to feel like an energetic ten year old. Even though I know the time … Continue reading →
