My Book Progress
Steven34.9%Welcome!
Hi, I’m Kristy, lover of God, family, friends, good books, and yummy food. I’m also on a quest to get in the best shape of my life. As a clean and wholesome/Christian romance author, I spend much of my days sitting at a desk. And we all know that a sedentary lifestyle isn’t conducive to good health. So it’s time to change all that. To start counteracting the side effects of too little activity, hypothyroidism, and gluten intolerance. Yeah, It’s time to get busy because I plan on living to be a happy, healthy, and energetic centenarian. I also plan on writing a lot more books! 🙂

Not To Wish a Month Away But…
…I have to say it won’t hurt my feelings when March 28th gets here. Why? It’s the last day of the workshop that started on March 3rd. For those of you who follow my Facebook page, you might remember me … Continue reading
Breads, Biscuits, and Dumplings, Oh My!
***UPDATE*** I tweaked the recipe even more, so now I think it’s pretty much mine. Therefore, I’m going to share the recipe I used here. 2 cups Better Batter All-Purpose Flour, sifted 1 cup milk (add 1 tsp vinegar to … Continue reading
If You’ve Ever Wondered What the ‘K’ Stands For…
…wonder no longer. Apparently my father loved the name Kristy Kay, so that’s what my parents named me. And for a long time, I hated it. Hated my middle name. Hated the way they spelled my first name. In fact, … Continue reading
Gluten-Free Sucks is Live!
There are so many ways to deal with anger and insults that it would probably take me a month of Sundays to list them all. Fortunately, I have one choice that most people do not. I can send people to … Continue reading
