It’s been a long, frustrating road to get Holding Out For Love ready for publication. The experience has taught me a good lesson though. Better to spend a little more time on a first draft than to hurry so fast I wind up with a mess that takes weeks longer to fix than it should have.
But it’s finally, finally, ready … and I can’t remember if I’ve mentioned this in a blog post, or just to a few people over the past few months.
What’s the secret?
Well… Since this story takes place in the same area as my Coach’s Boys series, some of the characters from The Daddy Pact, A Hero For Holly, and Code Red Christmas will be stopping by to say hi.
Okay, so they’re not actually stopping by to say hi, but a few of them will be making appearances in Holding Out For Love. And one of them will be revealing a secret of their own, but I’m not telling who it is, or what it is. If you want the answer to that question, you’ll have to read the book when it comes out on Tuesday.
Yup. That’s right. Holding Out For Love will be available on Amazon and Smashwords tomorrow. I’ll post the links on my Facebook page – and update the blog with them, too. 🙂
Sweet!!!! I will be all over it. I think I might have to put the couple series I am reading on a brief hiatus. With all your obstacles Kristy, you have been triumphant. You should feel very proud! Now, since I relate with my RA and fibro and neuropathy and asthma and a bazillion allergies and hypothyroidism and whatever else I am failing to mention, these hurdles are sometimes mountains. Being stubborn, forging ahead women that most of us are, I am sure that your many other readers will tell you to grab a glass of wine (or sparkling cider) a couple candles and lock yourself in the bathroom. Soak in some bubbles and then take a nap my friend!!! 🙂
Sure hope WordPress figures out which update has screwed my comments up. Just found this one here, and it wasn’t even approved. You only ever need one approved and then the rest automatically show up. Sigh…
Anyway, thank you very much. I know you can relate to my life so you’ll appreciate when I say I wouldn’t dare have a glass of wine while soaking in the bathtub because I’d wind up having my nap there … and looking like a raisin. 😀
