Hopefully, the book will be up on Amazon and Smashwords by the end of the month, and I’ll do my best to nag Barnes & Noble, iTunes, and Kobo to get it up right away.

Glad you like it! And yes, it will be up on the other sites for at least a month. I try to make sure new releases are available at the other sites for at least that long. Whether it stays … I don’t know. That will depend entirely on how visible the other stores make it readers. 🙂
