Read Lots of Books?

reading dog - morguefileMaybe it’s because I dislike my time being wasted with an endless stream of ads, but I love Netflix. Not only can I find the quirky movies I tend to love, but there are no commercials.  That makes it well worth the paltry $7.99 a month I pay for the service.  Yeah, having a subscription for movies and television shows is great.

But what about a subscription service for books?

When Amazon first rolled out Kindle Unlimited, I wasn’t sure what to think. Truth be told, I still don’t know what to think when it comes to mind … but it seems as if it’s here to stay so I’m just going to go with the flow.

You might have noticed that I mention you can read 19 of my books for free – on Kindle Unlimited (<<<click link to find out more). Since you pay for the service, that’s not entirely true. But with over a million titles and thousands of audio books in the program, it’s a really good deal. For instance, I have over $50.00 – 19 books – enrolled. When you add up all of the books available – especially the audio versions – each book is almost free.

The best part about Kindle Unlimited is that there’s a 30-day free trial (see link above or click here >>> Kindle Unlimited Free Trial). The next best thing is that you can cancel your subscription at any time, so if you decide it’s not worth $9.99 a month, you’re not obligated to pay for something you don’t want.

And now that I’ve finally remembered to share this information, I’ve got to get ready for a trip to see Santa. Well, my daughter and the baby are here through the tenth so we’re taking Aria to get her picture taken with the big man in the red suit. Can’t let her first Christmas pass without that. 🙂

Oops. One more thing. For those who don’t own a Kindle but who would like to take advantage of Kindle Unlimited, Amazon has free reading apps for many, many phones and other electronic devices. Just click this link >>> Free Reading App to see if there’s one you can use.
