Hi, I’m Kristy, lover of God, family, friends, good books, and yummy food. I’m also on a quest to get in the best shape of my life. As a clean and wholesome/Christian romance author, I spend much of my days sitting at a desk. And we all know that a sedentary lifestyle isn’t conducive to good health. So it’s time to change all that. To start counteracting the side effects of too little activity, hypothyroidism, and gluten intolerance. Yeah, It’s time to get busy because I plan on living to be a happy, healthy, and energetic centenarian. I also plan on writing a lot more books! 🙂

When did this happen? Where did 2011 go? And how did it go so quickly? Three weeks?! Yes. It just hit me a couple of hours ago that the holidays are upon us. Yes. I was aware of all of … Continue reading →
Yup. I’m definitely going to work that murder into one of my next novels. And while I’m writing the scene, I’ll feel a great deal of satisfaction as I picture the victim. Who would that be? My youngest daughter’s first … Continue reading →
I’m going to start today out with an apology…to anyone commenting on my blogs that hasn’t received a response from me. I love chatting with the people who take time out of their busy days to read my posts. Except … Continue reading →
I was actually going to post about Halloween today but I feel like I need to share something else instead. I’m not sure why, but the thought came and I just can’t get it out of my mind. My youngest … Continue reading →
Sometimes the strangest questions plague me. Questions that can bug me indefinitely. Often I can’t even pinpoint what might have brought them to mind. Maybe a snippet of conversation I didn’t realize I overheard, or something I saw that didn’t … Continue reading →
Apparently a sick daughter equals a fairly productive night. So far this is my second blog, which I really shouldn’t be writing because it’s currently 4:08 a.m. Even though the fever is down, I guess the fact that it was … Continue reading →
It’s probably a pretty fair assumption to say that most every girl in the world has seen, or read, romantic fairytales. Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White… I could list more, but you get the idea. Why are little girls (and … Continue reading →
