Hi, I’m Kristy, lover of God, family, friends, good books, and yummy food. I’m also on a quest to get in the best shape of my life. As a clean and wholesome/Christian romance author, I spend much of my days sitting at a desk. And we all know that a sedentary lifestyle isn’t conducive to good health. So it’s time to change all that. To start counteracting the side effects of too little activity, hypothyroidism, and gluten intolerance. Yeah, It’s time to get busy because I plan on living to be a happy, healthy, and energetic centenarian. I also plan on writing a lot more books! 🙂

Okay…besides that. Yes, sleeping is the other ‘best’ thing to do in bed. Someday…soon…I hope to get a little more skilled at that particular activity. I want to spend more time dreaming about weird stuff. Because I always dream about … Continue reading
Okay, so I’m still trying to get back into the habit of sleeping, so I’m going to make this post an easy one. In fact, I’m going to let Ryan Gosling show us what it means to be romantic. And … Continue reading
And I can’t, so I watch. Skating, that is. Oh I used to be able to manage the basics. As in very basic. When I was a kid. And wiping out because I’d tripped over the air on the rinks … Continue reading
It’s not very comfortable either. ***Just a quick heads-up here. If you’re not into being frugal, prefer alternatives to chemical-laden products, or have an allergy, this might bore you to tears. *** Some of you may have read that I’ve … Continue reading
So, I’m seeing a bit of an improvement in the whole insomnia episode, but not enough to feel like writing a new post. That being the case, I’m going to let music speak for me this week. The only problem … Continue reading
I just got home from a funeral. My sister-in-law’s mother passed away this weekend and, given that our families have socialized since she and my baby brother were in school, I couldn’t not say goodbye. First I would like to … Continue reading
