Hi, I’m Kristy, lover of God, family, friends, good books, and yummy food. I’m also on a quest to get in the best shape of my life. As a clean and wholesome/Christian romance author, I spend much of my days sitting at a desk. And we all know that a sedentary lifestyle isn’t conducive to good health. So it’s time to change all that. To start counteracting the side effects of too little activity, hypothyroidism, and gluten intolerance. Yeah, It’s time to get busy because I plan on living to be a happy, healthy, and energetic centenarian. I also plan on writing a lot more books! 🙂

Last night, for the first time since I was fifteen, I went to a high school football game. The actual temperature was around twenty-seven degrees, but the windchill hovered near twenty. Knowing it was going to be really cold, like … Continue reading →
One of Webster’s definitions for hero is: a person who is admired for great or brave acts or fine qualities. I think that perfectly describes many, many soldiers throughout the world. Living in the USA, I’m especially proud of, and … Continue reading →
It’s that time of year again … again. It seems like only a week or so ago that I was doing Camp NaNoWriMo to jump start A Cool Summer in Paradise, but I guess it’s actually been four months ago. … Continue reading →
Like niche segments of the population, I am addicted to television programs like Sleepy Hollow, Parenthood, and Haven. I’m also slightly addicted to brownies with lots of walnuts and chicken (not necessarily together). And is it sad that the first … Continue reading →
